Of Fic And Fruitcake
I've been looking over the Yuletide Madness prompts, and, boy, there are some interesting requests there. Including a few of which I find myself thinking, "Oh, man, give me a few weeks, and I would write the hell out of that." But doing them today? Maybe not so much. On the other hand, if anybody out there on the flist is looking for something to do today, and you have an Archive of Our Own account, go check it out, maybe. You don't need to have signed up to Yuletide to participate in this phase of the operation.
In other news, I had fruitcake for breakfast, and OMG, it got more awesome overnight! Wow. Also, one thin slice of this stuff is pretty much a meal in itself, and feels like it may well keep me going all day. It's like I've somehow created fruity lembas bread.
