OK, if I've counted correctly, you get a song about Mr. Burns

You may have, but you linked to Santana. :)

Eh? I can't really fiddle with it now, 'cause I'm at work, but the link cetainly looks right. It's a Latin song about Mr. Burns. You sure it doesn't just sound like Santana? :)

Oh, that was lovely. I hadn't realised the piano motif went back to the very earliest episodes. I always associated it with Fire and Water.

Lexx is one show where I don't find the music intrusive (glaring at Murray Gold). And I astonished a man in a pub a while ago when he started talking about "that song in the title music of Lexx" and I immediately sang the whole of the chant of the Brunnen-G with lyrics.

I have all kinds of mixed feelings about Lexx, but the music is wonderful. And wonderfully original (although I don't know that that particular track shows it off terrible well), without, indeed, being show-offy to the point where its draws attention away from the story and the characters. I particularly recommend the soundtrack for driving through the desert at night; it gives the experience a cool otherworldly quality.

And, heh, I can sing that, too, though I don't know that I would be brave enough to do it in public. :)

And you get a song about mustard from Buffy.

Hmm. I'm starting to see a theme here... But you guys all knew I was a TV-obsessed geek already, right? :)

Admittedly, that one wasn't much of a song. But, yeah, this is fun. :)
