Obviously, the Powers That Be read my last entry and decided to pick on me.
Yeah -- got a text from our real estate agent last night that the appraiser won't come up, and the seller won't come down. So I'm going house hunting again today.
And I'm not as disappointed about not getting the house as I thought I'd be, so that's good. What's not good is that we're now out $500 for the inspection and appraisal. For nothing. Do you people have any idea what I could do with $500 at IKEA? Do you?
