And its time for new doctors. .
So I had an appt with the general doctor today, had being the operating word.
See doctor had jury duty so didn't come in today and they never called me. When I raised a stink about having my time wasted they finally got me talking to the RN who couldn't do anything.
Oh wait she did do something- she told me ought to be grateful that I was at a practice where doctors were so popular and shouldn't be complaining about the soonest appt being more than a month away.
*seethes*
I actually said "Then I'm leaving because you're coping attitude with me for daring to expect that there be some modicum of patient care and respect."
It's time for a new medical group and doctors now even though I never even got to see this one. Oh and letters to the medical group and the insurance company about the last two days of incredibly crap care.
Any Angelenos who have recommendations please let me know or I'm going to call the USC or UCLA referral lines at the beginning of next week (as a change in group can't be done with Blue Cross until Sept 1).
