    Well I noticed that my hard drive was getting very very low.  I only could free up like maybe 5 GB of space on my MacBook.  I tried deleting alot of stuff, but of course alot you just dont want to get rid of ; )  So today I invested in a 320GB hard drive! I was thinking, I'm wasting my summer working, so why not treat myself : )  So you guys

I have a WD Mybook essential 250gb and it does its job pretty well. =) Occasionally it'll have problems like not showing up as connected, but nothing that can't be solved with unplugging and replugging either the USB or power cable in the back of the drive. I'd say it's a good external for the price, especially if you managed to grab it on sale!

Yea I got my 320GB for like $115, so it wasn't bad at all. I really only need it to start downloading new manga, anime, & whatever else. Like I said I'm probably not gonna use it for backup, so I guess if it does crash or whatever I can just redl everything ; )

I don't have problems w/ recognition, but do you have problems w/ duplicate folders on it though? My problem is whenever I create a folder in it & I create other ones all the folders will turn into the first folder I created or one I had recently clicked on when I go to open them. Does that make sense? Its kinda hard to explain. It's like if I name a folder anime & then I create a manga folder, when I click on it, it changes to anime & all my anime is now in that folder & the manga I transfered doesn't show... It's weird. It stops once I unplug & replug, but do I have to do that everytime I transfer or create a folder?
And even when the HD is unplugged from my computer I keep getting a bunch of duplicates in my trash bin & no matter how many I delete they still keep comin'...
