It's the nicest day outside and I'm indoors, pretending to type stock charts onto spreadsheets :(! By pretending, I mean alt-tabbing and pulling up the excel spreadsheet whenever my big boss or mini boss walks by (that's what I refer to them as, even though my friend said this made them sound suspiciously like monsters of some RPG game where I have to kill them. LOL) My days at the office basically consist of finishing my hugeass pile of papers full of post-it notes of illegible handwriting (courtesy of big boss) and attempting to finish it all slowly as possible while I contemplate what to buy with my next paycheck by online shopping!

I'm also trying to get to the gym at least an hour everyday, but it's tough because I'm always exhausted by the end of the day (even though I do nothing remotely taxing at work... hahaha taxing. I work at a tax/accounting office. okay, that was lame). Freshman 15 hit so badly last year because I just curled up in my room all day "studying" and eating twizzlers :(

Anyways, office! I'm here for another two hours and my boss is leaving early so I figured I'd blow some time writing an entry. Only a few people work here, and since most of them are on vacation, I mostly just sit and stare at the screen. The dress here is business casual though, so I do like dressing up and getting out n' about instead of sitting at home like a bum all day. But the only downside is there is absolutely nobody here to look pretty for :( I can't wait to be back at school!

I haven't been up to all that much the past few weeks. I blew a few hundred dollars of my last paycheck outlet shopping in the states last weekend (july 4th sales are GODLY! burberry rainboots for 90$ USD, RL skinny-fit oxford shirts for 40$/each in blue and black, the new RL perfume 55$, and about 5 pairs of J. Crew flipflops for approx 8$ each! they are adorable), went to an amusement park with some of my extended family/friends, and had dinner at some fancy chinese restaurant with my uncle, who moved to Toronto a few years ago. He used to always make fun of my nose and pretend to "cut" it off with scissors, til one day I threatened him with real scissors and accidentally cut myself and cried for an hour -_-. This was when I was like eight, mind you...

family, work, shopping, gym
