Help a good cause/Get fanfic!
Thanks to everyone who follows this fic journal. This isn't a fic post, but I am participating in the efforts at help_pakistan, and I would be honored/floored/amazed/overjoyed if you could help out too!
What is help_pakistan? From their LJ info...
A fandom auction set up to help Pakistan recover from the 2010 floods, which, as of August 16th have displaced over 20 million people, 6 million of whom have still not received any aid.
How can you help? Donate! There are a list of charities in their community to choose from, and if you're feeling generous, you could also get something back. From me. Hopefully this hasn't deterred you.
Check out my fic offer post and bid on a fic of at least 2,000 words from me. I'll be matching the winning bid up to $100, so every dollar helps!! You have until August 28th to bid. I've mostly offered Arashi, but I'm willing to negotiate if it's something I've written before ;)
