It wasn't really like he was selling out a friend, was it? No, he hadn't spoken to Barit Saiy enough to consider him a friend, and though the older boy had qualities that reminded Ben of Bonzo Madrid, it was without the quiet likeability. He was dangerous, he was angry, and he was willing to do things about it. They could never really be friends.
So why did he feel so incredibly guilty when he saw Barit a few days later, just another face in the crowd of arrested Corellians at HQ?
