I'm going to take a minute to wish everybody a very happy Thanksgiving. I hope you have a great, not-too-snowy/rainy day, and have tons of meat-filled or meat-free food (depending on which way you swing). I'm cooking sweet potatoes for the first time ever. We'll see how that goes. I'm actually not even sure that I like sweet potatoes
