I have developed a recent addiction to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I've had one every day for lunch for the past 2 weeks. Whole wheat Arnold's sandwich thin (has the right amount of carbs to control blood sugar levels) a tablespoon of peanut butter (crunchy or smooth) and a tablespoon of sugar free preserves (strawberry is my favorite.) Every time I eat this sandwich (with a glass of milk of course) I sigh afterwards and think "that was the best sandwich ever."
Is it wrong to look forward to a sandwich so much?
