some things that happened on vacation
-Dusty got a serious puncture wound from an overly agressive jack russell on our first day at the beach. (he was ok after an emergency vet visit and some antibiotics BUT by the time we got home it was infected and now he's got a drain in the wound and a cone-collar which he hates obviously)
-Both Dusty and I got stung by a giant vicious wasp like creature. It was astoundingly painful.
-We took some lovely walks on the beach
-We ate some totally amazing BBQ
-We saw Charleston and it was gorgeous, full of history and great food
-I brought 4 books to read and didn't open any of them
-We did not turn on the TV at all
-I stubbed my toe and now have a great limp that looks lovely with my tan
-We rented bikes for the day and had an amazing ride along the inter coastal waterway
-We took some amazing naps
-We loved coming home to our own bed (technically that didn't happen ON vacation)
