OKAY, so here is the gigantic story that I have written for the pairing LITERALLY NO ONE ELSE HAS, I am so proud of breaking this new ground for porn fandom.
If you would like to read but for some reason cannot spend 100+ hours playing Witcher 3 (I'm not kidding, I've clocked at LEAST that much game time by now and am nowhere near clearing even one of the maps), and don't mind being spoiled, here are some useful videos to meet the characters, in order from earliest to latest/most spoilery in the game:
Geralt, the witcher of the title (a professional monster hunter), having an audience with Emperor Emhyr var Emreis who asks him to find his daughter Cirilla (who is also through reasons that do not require exploring at this junction Geralt's own adoptive daughter Ciri). This happens pretty early in the game and is not really spoilery.
