So first I share my rejoicing: today was Hypatia's first day of pre-K! She loved it, did not have any separation issues, and afterwards told me IN DETAIL all about the stuff she did in school! (She made a picture! With DOTS! And she put balls in a pot with a BIG BLUE SPOON and the balls were meatballs that had to be COOKED and also there was a goldfish involved. And she looked at planets! And she sang a song and sat on the letter K while the teacher read stories, and she went to the BATHROOM at school.
MUCH MUCH REJOICING, in other words.
