Has anyone out there found a way to make Davis Merchandising (the people who make the Highlander series merchandise) stop calling? Every single time they call I tell them to take me off the list, and invariably (sometimes only a couple of days later) they call again ( Read more... )

Report them to the state Attorney General office as well?

If all else fails, try asking to speak with the caller's manager and tell them that if you receive any additional nuisance calls from the company, then you'll be contacting your lawyers (although I think this may have been a plot in Ally McBeal back in the day)...

You probably already know this, but just in case... I assume you've registered your phone number on the national Do Not Call list, yes? Assuming your number has been registered there for 31 days or more, you can file a complaint through their website, which might get it addressed more promptly. Maybe? One can hope.

And yeah, the Davis Merch people drove me nuts for years, too. They are relentless. Good luck.

Clearly, the only way to stop them is to cut off their head.

(sorry, someone had to say it!)

Will your telephone company block calls from them? (not sure how UK phones work?)
