The Davids are the awesomest, but to be fair, I did not realize the awesome of Archie until after the season was over, so this is quite early by comparison!

I am not quite sold on Kris yet. He's still just kind of fading into the woodwork for me -- like, tonight he stood out but that was mostly because everyone was SO BAD. *gives it some more time*

Kris is just... he's so cute that he wins me over. I'm not a fan of ANY of them this season, and up until tonight Kris has been boring so tonight could just be a rare thing for him. Lamebert though... he's entertainment at least, and I appreciate a good laugh every now and then.

To solve everything though, you should just stick to writing David/David, especially since I think I read like 5 of your fics today and I need new material, dammit!.. :)

See, my whole plan of action concerning the absolute SUCK that is this season of AI? Is, um, pretty much just pretending that it's still season 7? I seriously fast forward through everything that bugs me, which leaves me with, approximately, 10 minutes of show every week. I zip past Ryan, the judges and, pretty much, everyone but Adam and Allison. Oh, I'll START watching the performances. But I usually only make it to the 30 second mark before I get all twitchy

I think Lambert/Kris Allen is the poor man's David/David. In fact, I'd also say this season is the poor man's season 7.

I wish they'd put last season on DVD already, with lots of exclusive backstage clips involving Cook wrestling David to the floor for basically no reason.
