The mangaka has a bunch of other series coming out in English, but Cantarella is by far my favorite. Seimaden is probably second best: it's a fantasy epic with a cast of thousands, roughly centering on a lord of hell who sold his soul so he could meet up with the reincarnation of his lost love in a later life; the reincarnation, a beautiful, pure, and boring dancer; the lord's demonic lieutenant, who betrays him because he's in love with him and wants him to ditch the dancer and go back to being magnificently cruel and sadistic; and other major characters I don't care enough about to remember well. It's an earlier work than Cantarella, and the art and characterization aren't as good.
Gorgeous Carat and its sequel Gorgeous Carat Galaxy are both explicit BL (boy love or yaoi) about a thief and the aristocrat he abducts and molests. I found the first volume predictable and haven't pursued it further, but it may get better later on.
