Stuffness
We just finished making a berry cheesecake. Cinna picked three large tupperware tubs of berries from a commuter parking lot at her tram stop. I don't like berries as such, but the cheesecake will be awesome, I think. We bought a new immersion blender today, and wandered around the store a bit more. I always want more nifty gadgets in the kitchen. We need a new fridge, ours is crap, especially the tiny freezer part.
In other news, Luigi's blood test results came back. All his organs seem okay, but his iron is way too low. Means that the lucky kitty now gets raw ground beef to up that iron in his blood. Makes him happy. The rest of the results indicate an allergic reaction, as if responding to parasites, like fleas, so bingo. We now need to administer three weeks of prednisolone to him. It's the third day now, and his skin has cleared up, which seems miraculous. I get the impression he scratches less. If that's the solution, I am so grateful.
Nothing else exciting. Work is work, never changing. A recent highlight was the user from Lagos, Nigeria, who needed assistance with forwarding an e-mail that just wouldn't leave the Outbox. So I helped fix his problem, so that he was able to forward this particular penis enlargement mail. WTF.
I recently started a new set of psoriasis UV/B treatment. After a grand start, I am already falling back into old patterns, being too tired after work to go. So instead of going twice a week, I've only gone once. Ah well, better than nothing.
It's July, and we have crap weather. It's been raining raining raining. What gives?
