The Day after
Date night was fantastic, we had a wonderful time. We couldn't have found a more romantic restaurant if we had specifically looked for it. It was an Osteria across from where Cinna works. We were the only guests. Candlelight, a handwritten menu that changes everyday, and the chef himself scolded us when we used forks to eat the olives and bread. The pasta was heavenly.
After that we headed to Ben & Jerry, mmmmmm. Icecream. The movie was really awesomely funny, though I am not so keen on it as Cinna was. Cinna went crazy about it and kept saying CHEEEEEEESE for the rest of the night. I am wondering if she'll go through with her plan of watching it ten more times. But really, definitely thumbs up, it was great. It had a pre-movie, the penguins from Madagascar in a Christmas Caper. Now I want to see Madagascar, the penguins were so cool!
As we missed the tram, we had another drink at a bar, and then headed home where I collapsed into bed.
We must do this more often.
