Brittany nods as a stream of hockey players hurry past, retreating from their locker room. Sending her a bewildered look, Kurt sighs and follows inside.
He chuckles, beholding terrified jocks trapped in the showers; a spider guarding the relative safety of the changing area.
“Spiders can jump over twelve feet.”
At the increased cowering induced by Brittany’s comment, he smirks and exits. Abandoning them to the wiles of a harmless arachnid seems tame against years of ridicule; though he’s sure Israel will enjoy hearing all about it.
