Oh, and there is one unexpected pleasant side effect of being on the SBDiet. Apparently, it suppresses the symptoms of "geographic tongue," so called because it makes the tongue look like a map and the patchy areas change size and relocate frequently. This isn't my tongue, but is a fair representation of what mine usually looks like, and often worse! Only now, it looks like anyone else's. I can stick it out at people without being self-conscious now! Life's greatest pleasures are usually in the small things, right?
