So, we're watching the DVD of Werner Herzog's Grizzly Man, and we've reached the segment where Timothy Treadwell is railing against the cruel god who would keep the rain away, thereby depriving the bears of the salmon run they need to live, when Bhil turns to me and says, "These are not the ravings of a dispassionate observer."

Perhaps the best encapsulation of the film I've yet heard.
