Has anyone here experimented with the magnesium/B-6 combination that has been reported to take the edge off some autistic symptoms in some people, as here:

But I do have an intuition that there are a whole variety of conditions that have a strong metabolic component (not cause, component; influencing how they are expressed). If the Mg/B6 combination might help me concentrate, sleep, and work better, it's certainly worth a try. (And seems to be both inexpensive and harmless to test.)
