For awhile now, I've been fascinated with the graceful movements and style of Tai Chi. I've been wanting to take Tai Chi for a long time, but couldn't find anywhere around here that offered classes ( Read more... )

I totally read "Chai Tea" and my first thought was you spelled it wrong and my second thought was most liquids move the same way if they have the same density.

Density and viscosity are different animals, Andrew. While density does influence viscosity, there are other, perhaps more important molecular forces at play in determining viscosity, and therefore how a fluid moves.

I'm pretty sure there's a Tai Chi class available in town. I think Doug was taking it for a while. You should ask him about it.

Hello there,
There is a Qi Gong class in Sydney (the upper levels are Tai Chi but Tai Chi usually involves long complicated sets so Dr. Milburn starts with Qi Gong). This spring there is a plan to start to do morning sessions on Hospital Hill in Sydney. I believe a new class either started this week or is starting next week.

The set he teaches is a set of Five Animal Frolics. I took the class in the winter and really enjoyed it. Contact Dr. Milburn at CBTCM@eastlink.ca
