I am adjusting my tally according to the 75 Day Challenge in which we weigh in on Fridays.
Friday- 10 mins walking after the movie
Saturday- 30 mins yardwork, 5 mins swimming
Sunday- 10 mins walking the dogs
Monday- 30 mins walking/stations/stairs at work, 30 mins playing softball, 10 mins walking dogs
Tuesday- 10 mins walking at work, 30 mins walking w/ mom at Summit, 15 mins walking the dogs
Wednesday- 15 mins walking the dogs
Thursday- 45 mins paddling while tubing (3.5 hrs tubing total), 17 mins walking the dogs
Goal: 240 mins (4 hours)
Total mins so far: 257

These are my goals for the first 25 days of the 75 day challenge:
-journal my food daily
-shoot for 1800 calories daily
-lose 5 pounds
-drink 8+ glasses of water
-exercise at least 4 hours a week
