Monday- 30 mins walking at work
Tuesday- 30 mins cleaning (more like 2 hours, but only counting 30 min as exercise)
Wednesday- none
Thursday- 20 mins Walk Away The Pounds
Endinf the week here so I can start my new entry to go along with the weigh-in days for the 75 Day Challenge.
These are my goals for the first 25 days of the 75 Day Challenge:
-journal my food daily
-shoot for 1800 calories daily
-lose 5 pounds
-drink 8+ glasses of water
-exercise at least 4 hours a week
