Monday- 15 mins walking at work
Tuesday- 16 mins walking at work
Wednesday- 16 mins walking at work; 15 mins walking in place/jumping jacks at home
Thursday- 34 mins walking at work
Friday- 26 mins walking/jogging at work
Saturday- 15 mins walking/jogging at work, 5 mins Wii Fit, 10 min ab workout, 17 mins yardwork
Sunday- 20 mins walking in place, 10 min ab pilates, 5 mins Wii Fit
Total mins: 204 (3.4 hours)
FOR THE WEEK PRIOR:
The not so good:
-I did not come close to my exercise goal
-I still need more fruits and veggies
-I forgot to take my pills starting Thursday….
The good:
-I had salad with my dinner 3 times this week
-Even though I didn’t meet my workout hours, I did clean a lot and also cleaned out the puppy pin (having to lug the hose around) and it was really hot and I sweat a lot, so I think that was healthy for me too.
-My cholesterol was low
