Yesterday I had a pretty uncomfortable plane trip due to the people sitting in front of me not only fully reclining their seats (even when they were sitting straight to eat) but also making sure those chairs wouldn't stay still for a second.

What's your policy regarding reclining seats?

Mine is simple. If someone is sitting behind me, I lose the right to recline (unless maybe if they themselves are reclining, which will be less uncomfortable).
