Condolence Cookies?

I take karate, and the people I train with are like a second family to me.  My head instructor, Shihan G., loves my chocolate chip cookies and has been asking for them for months - but I haven't had time to make a batch since I've been going through a tough divorce

Cookies would be a wonderful gift. You already knows he loves your cookies, so I think it would be really thoughtful to make some for him now.
