So after months of searching, I finally have an actual job.  The problem is, I have to pay for a temporary license to sell insurance up front, and also have to pay for training up-front.  I do not get a stipend.  It's commission-based only.  What is the likelihood that I am being scammed?

Also, if it helps, it's with Colonial Penn...so the company's at least been around for awhile.  But seriously?  Do I need to run far, far away?
