So no more of this "opposite genitals" business - god has decided that they were really poorly designed and is going to renovate humanity's genital bits. Since he messed it up so badly the first time he's outsourcing this round, and - congratulations! - you're in charge of designing them! There can be as many sexes as you want (though societal genders may not catch up immediately), they can go anywhere on the body, and the only restrictions are that it has to fit in with a mammalian body, they still have to be somehow reproductive, and they cannot be exactly as they are right now. So, what can you come up with?

Alternately, if that is too much responsibility for you, you may elect to simply redesign your own.
