First off, 61> mean less than 61. Second, by <10 do you mean "10 or younger"? I'm going to assume yes.

I think that cutting yourself, for any reason, is pretty serious.

I agree. There are easier ways to get attention. If you need to go to the lengths of hurting yourself, there is something very wrong.

Yes. People saying it's a "plea for attention" seem to really miss the point.

I self-injured for over a decade, starting when I was nine. I have not hurt myself in 231 days in counting.

i self injured from 11 to probably 14? one night i just kind of...quit for the most part. i've been good for two years. :]
