Hi Everyone!
I hope I am able to post an entry like this, if not I'm sorry and you may delete it...
I just wanted to ask all of you who have gone to school for interior design about what it is like. I am hopefully graduating college in the spring for Communications, but I would like to continue my education so I can eventually work doing interior design stuff. I was wondering what type of classes you took and what type of stuff did you do in them?
MY background: I was going to go to school for interior design, but I decided not to because of my high school HOME EC teacher. She told me that I would have to know how to use the CAD program - and at the time I was a little uneasy with computers. Now I totally regret that I changed my mind only based on that. My interests right now are decorative wall painting and restoration of rooms, but I have tons of ideas for actually designing/decorating a room.
