best birthday....ever!
I'M 20!!! I feel like such an adult...and then I look in the mirror and realize I still look like I'm 16! Oh well. Anyway this was pretty much the greatest birthday thus far. Last night Red and I kept Char company at the bye-bash celebrating the end of the school year. I entered a raffle drawing, and at 2 a.m. on my birthday I won $100 gift card to Walmart- how amazing is that?! We played on the big foam board in the pool and I "saved" Char, who played a very good active drowning victim. After going to bed around 4 a.m. I woke up at 10 this morning- body tired, mind very alert- so took a shower and got ready to go to Lambert's with a bunch of friends. The weather was beautiful today- the first weekend in weeks that it hasn't rained!! While waiting for a table in Lambert's we walked to the cheese place to tide ourselves over with lots of free samples. By the time we got seated we were all starving from not really eating all day, and were very anxious to catch some yummy rolls. I'm still so full! I got to eat for free and got a honeybun thingy too. Then we headed back to B-town to watch a movie. I got lots of great cards, gift cards, Arbonne goodies, the Sanctus Real-Face of Love cd (thanks Char!!) But alas, I'm exhausted, and since I've already spent much of my birthday awake, I'm going to hit the sack early. Good night all!
