+ Seriously, best live version of Missed Me I've seen. The switcheroo that Brian & Amanda used to do mid-song is even better with three other people on stage. And the bassist and guitarist (well, really they were both mega-talented, multi-instrument dudes) were super. Must pick up Simple Pleasures' work.
~ Because I only just thought of it, did Weezer catch all kinds of hell when they had their fans come on stage to play instruments during the Hootenanny tour? I'm just wondering if the reaction to the volunteer parts of the Grand Theft Orchestra is specific to the noise AFP generates, or it was always there and I just wasn't plugged in to it.
- So tired. If I'd realized my 8am meeting was cancelled, I'd've slept in, because four hours of sleep is not enough when that's all I've had for three consecutive nights.
~ There's a sign on one of the buildings in the med center that reads Hiring compassionate nurses. Every time I see it (or possibly just when I see it pre-caffeine and lacking sleep) I wonder: is there someone around hiring mean nurses? How is this measured?
