So, I'm asking this as a serious question, because I really, honestly do not understand the logic, and would appreciate a conversation or explanation.
Why do people label slave fics or slave AU with explicit sexual content as dubious consent? If one of the participants is a slave and one the master, one of the participants has absolutely no ability to consent or deny. Isn't that by definition non-consensual?
