pretend like i'm saying something important
a) I'm pretty much ignoring the fact that my bathtub needs some acetic acid wash or something to remove the hard water that I can't scrub off with a magic eraser, and that my car has a layer of dust on the dash. What? It's not like either is unusable in its current state.
b) Hotels in Florence and Rome booked. I feel like I've accomplished something this morning. (Except it's no longer technically morning.)
c) Instead of writing pretty much anything else in my fic-ideas-to-explore folder, I've been comment-ficcing Jess Skinner/PK Subban. And now I'm wondering how that dynamic will change when Carey Price finally takes PK up on his continual nagging to visit Toronto in the summer. (Spoiler: porn. Threesomes happen, it's a fact of life.) I have no excuse. None.
d) Instead of diligently cleaning or running other errands, I believe I'm going to set my bike up on the trainer and bike to the Olympics before hosing off and heading to see the Sugarland Skeeters play.
e) LOLOL, oh Yahoo. You needed to waste headline space for that? I think we all know the answer there: because they CAN.
f) I keep meaning to flail about Handwritten in a song-by-song post, but obviously that's not happening.
