[Today finds Eu walking the area just outside the city's high walls. Stalking the near parts of the wastes for signs of life, Eu was determined to to test a theory purposed by Miss Unohanna the last time the pair spoke. She had purposed the Necromancer demonstrate the extent of her powers on the local wildlife while hunting for food.

Anything I say or express could trigger it.

As an example, shortly before coming here merely crying for a few moments summoned a massive beast that nearly destroyed the entire city.

Wow... I mean that must be hard for you not to be able to say or express anything for fear of what could happen.

[Eu, you managed to make Raven think that her own situation is not as bad as she thought.]

Summon a beast? Because you were hurting?

Yes, it was attracted to the upwelling in magical activity my emotions cause.

Yes, if I display to much emotion it begins warping reality for the worse.

Yes, there is much I wish to say and do but I fear I will never be able to.

Do you know why these powers were given to you? Is there anything special your meant to achieve?

Magic in my world is attracted to the most powerful vessel it can find. I happened to be that vessel.

If I were to die the magic inside me would look for a new host.

Why does your magic kill though? Did it use to belong to a god of death or something similar?

It is the power over life and death. I can raise the dead if I choose to. Though only as zombies and the price I pay for the act is to take on all the pain they suffered while dying.

In that regard I've died twice in my lifetime.
