Death has been a recurring theme of my television and film consumption over the last few days.
Worked my way through the fifth and final season of Six Feet Under over three nights and felt rather uplifted after the final episode.
Caught Out of the Blue last night. Talk about a grim movie-going experience. Still, I enjoyed and admired it on a filmmaking level.
My brother rented Final Destination 3. Didn't add anything new to the trilogy and the deaths weren't as shocking as I'd hoped. Maybe I needed to be off my face to really appreciate it.
And my Bitter Films: Volume 1 arrived today, so I'm probably going to stay up to watch cute cartoon creatures bleed from every orifice imaginable. Fun!
