more nothings
I don't have to go to work until 4pm today, yay!
I worked for 5 hours last night and made about $23.00. suck. It was sooooo dead. I had the "best" section too, and by the best section I mean the section everyone wants to sit in, the TV booths. Unfortunately, the kind of people who DEMAND to sit there are the kind of people who dont tip well, if that makes sense.
Tonight will probably be super dead too, and I won't have my favorite new host, Andrew, keeping me company. He cracks me up. We spent all night last night making fun of managers and people, and the Monday before that we colored on coasters.
Also, I didn't know that the price of stamps went up, and recently I mailed a couple letters that may or may not get where they were supposed to go. I had some 39cent stamps and I am obviously out of the loop and didnt get the memo that postage had gone up. I asked my mom what happens, she said usually they send them back with insufficient postage. Im pretty sure I didnt put a return address on one of them, and she said they might knock on the persons door and ask them for 3 cents? This seems so silly, I cant imagine this really happening. I mean, the mailman could probably find 3 pennies on his route, does he really need the 3 cents? Kind of embarrasing really.
I'm looking forward to the release of Spore, and Diablo III. I think Im going to get spore on the PC first, I dont know if I can wait for the Wii. I reeeally need a new game to play since I quit WoW. I'm soo tempted to reactivate my account sometimes.
I wonder if I should start a running Christmas list, yes I think now would be a good time.
Perhaps a Nintendo DS lite, a new (working)(small) digital camera, turquatic by MAC, and MAC gift cards... Maybe an earthsavers facial or chemical peel. I know there are other things, and now when I think of them I'll have a list!
I need a new hair straightener but I imagine I'll probably have one before then.
