Keiyuu, from Kra
Happy birthday to Keiyuu, the vocalist of the Jrock band Kra, who turns 27 today!!!
Kra was formed in August of 2001, with members who had little or no experience in music. They began their career by playing in several small concerts, introducing their music and trying out their audiences. After they released two demo tapes in 2002 they were signed under PS Company, and their popularity began to slowly increase. They released their first mini-album under the new label in October.
Over time their popularity grew with the release of more mini-albums and participation in joint concerts with other highly popular Japanese bands like deadman, D’espairsRay, MUCC, and Miyavi. In 2005 they participated in their final indies tour and became major, releasing their single, Heart Balance.
In March 2007 they released their first full album, and a DVD of their first major live with Miyavi and Kagrra, which took place in December. In September of 2007 they released another single, Creatures.
Kra also has a side band called 36481? The band has only performed cover songs of other PS Company bands and released one maxi single. It has not been active as of late.

I’ve always liked Kra. They’ve got great music and Keiyuu’s tiny-ness amuses me. xD; He’s got a great voice for such a small person. Their music is always different, which is a plus for me cuz I get tired of stuff that repeats itself. :3
Yell
This song is a little more punky then usual, but I like it! It’s got a fun melody and some great playing by the band, and Keiyuu’s vocals are awesome as always. :3 I’m pretty sre the song is about STRESS and relieving it, yaknow, cuz, it’s kind of obvious. But since I couldn’t find any LYRICS or TRANSLATION I couldn’t tell you for sure. But…it’s a great song! I like it. :3
