Personality + Other Things: JunSu is easily the "cutest" member of DBSK. Originally, he was going to be the charismatic member and the youngest ChangMin the cutest but, with his round cheeks and sweet smile, it wasn't long before he won the hearts of fans as the cute one. JunSu is recognized as the moodmaker of the group, cheering up members when they are down; even when his jokes are bad, they're funny. He has a pure heart and is a hardworking, going through six years of training before finally making his debut. Within DBSK, he had the longest training period, faced with many difficulties of puberty as his voice refused to change, finally did changed but would not cooperate, and finally cooperated to bring him up to the level SM required of him. But his perseverance and dedication have brought him to where he is, known as one of the best singers and dancer in the Korean pop industry.

Birthdate: February 6, 1986
Personality + Other Things: YunHo is the leader of DBSK, though he has the cutest personality. From Jeolla province, he is considered a bona-fide country boy, occasionally slipping into his region's dialect when excited. He is known to be clumsy and forgetful, but a strong and charismatic person at the same time. His bandmates respect him as a leader and remark frequently on his manliness. He is also known for his work ethic and dedication, which have given him high marks in almost everything he does. He was second in his high school class, and placed third in his rank in a world wide hapkido competition. He was also the only member in his group who maintained an all-salad diet for one month during the summer of 2008, to get into shape for their new album's concept. YunHo is recognized as the dancer of DBSK, though he has on occasion pointed out JunSu as his favorite dancer. He had the second longest career in his group as a trainee in SM, with four years before his debut.

This pairing is likely to be the first pairing I'll name if asked for something sweet. They are so adorable, it's a little sickening. Except not really. Their fondness for each other, YunHo's gentleness with JunSu, is what really drew me in. But I'll explain how I think they work.
JunSu has this childlike innocence to him that makes him appear a little vulnerable. (YunHo has commented on how JunSu's neck is a "dangerous" feature, because it makes him want to protect him.) YunHo, on the other hand, is the older brother to a younger sister and the only son, so he understands responsibility and how to take care of someone else. His image is on the polar end of JunSu's. But the more you pay attention to them, the more you can see that JunSu, in little ways, takes care of YunHo, too. (Ex. JunSu wrapping arms around YunHo from behind during a perf where he was overexerting himself and aggravating a back injury.) Their dynamic is one that kind of flows to match each other's shifting moods, and as much as I see YunHo being there to protect JunSu, I can see JunSu being the support YunHo needs every now and then.
They've known each other for so long (at least a year or so longer than anyone else in TVXQ), that I think they've become really comfortable around each other. Sometimes, you can catch their bodies turning towards each other, and JunSu tends to hide behind YunHo when he's getting picked on. In a video where YunHo is waking JunSu up, he rubs at his cheek to stir him in such a natural way, it's as if he's done it all his life.
