Attempt at Pepper Steak Rolls
I thought I would try a presentation based on sushi, sadly it didn't work out as planned. It is sushi rice, stir fried beef, peppers and onions. There was no nori used. I think the rice wasn't stiff enough and it fell apart. I will probably try this again. I took some photos, so if anyone thinks they could make it work, go for it. :)
