A Bank of America ATM in Berkeley ate my debit card one night, long after the bank closed, so I followed procedure, called the 800 number and was informed that the old card would be cancelled and I could expect a new card in the mail within 3 business days.
About a month later, after calling and calling and calling and even contacting one of the regional VP's, I finally got a new debit card.
