I went jogging yesterday with michelle. we went to MHS and ran one lap and then up/down the 40ish stairs then repeated that 3 times. then did 400 crunches/situps/leg lowers and then did the run thing for 2 more laps... needless to say I could hardly make it up the stairs to the library at school today ( Read more... )

wooooooooooo. I just got off work and then my boss called me to discuss so very important business about pepperspray and then he told me that I did really good at work today. last night was alot of fun.. i went to a play called Big Love with amanda. it had all the best ingredients
    - laughs
    - tears
    - squished tomatoes
    - evil
    - blood
    - nudity
yup it was amazing!
and then we meet the One the Only Jackie mutha fuckin Chan!! just chillin on the streets of seattle.

o and there was a really awesome chair!
