Loyal Customer

Can I just say... I really love it when companies reward me for being loyal.

I have been a loyal, die-hard fan and customer of TiVo since it first debuted in 1999.  I got one of the first shipment TiVo's -- a 14 hour unit that cost $500!  I have a TiVo lunchbox, TiVo Christmas ornaments, a TiVo backpack, and even decals on my car.  Before the Dual Tuner units came out, I bought two Series Two units just so I could record two channels at once.  I had this setup until just a few months ago when TiVo rewarded me with a 1/2 price TiVo HD 80hour Dual Tuner unit.  TiVo doesn't do sales, so I was thrilled.  And not only that, but they cut my monthly service charge in half -- all for being a loyal customer from the beginning.  My new TiVo is AMAZING!  I can stream Netflix right to my TV for no extra charge, and I have an endless amount of discounted Pay-Per-View right at my fingertips.  TiVo, I will never stop loving you!

And say what you will about Sprint, but they have always done right by me.  They also give me a nice discount off each monthly bill simply because I've been a loyal customer for so long.

I may be loyal to a fault at times, but I generally find that it pays off in the end. :)
