Class of '08 here bopped around a giant floaty toy, if that comforts you any. I think it was a dragon, or something...
You know, I know a lot of people going to a community college, and the more and more I think about it, there is quite a lot of practicality. Sure, it's not as regal as some out-of-state place, but it's a lot cheaper, and after two years you can fly the coop and haul ass somewhere else.

1. There is no pride involved in the matter: there's only the fact that I am a perfectionist and when I'm not included in something that is seemingly important and worthy of admiration--including but not limited to: a well-known university--I feel unworthy of any sort of praise, accomplishments, or even the right to be proud.
2. I really didn't and don't care. I was making fun of it. Sorry it didn't come across as that, but I guess with me it's easy to confuse satire with bitching.
3. RIGHT NOW my initial reaction is "Yeah, I know, see, that's why I'm a failure" because as you would see from my most recent entry, I am not in a very self-loving mood.
But if I take a step back, you know, I can understand what you're saying. BUT AT THE SAME TIME I HATE IT when I tell someone I don't like something, and they say "Change it."
