I really, really loved this. Thank you so much for writing this for me! I'm not sure why, but the concept behind this has been one that I've had in my mind for a while, and I'm so glad to see it so wonderfully executed. My heart really ached for poor Claire in this. There's few things more painful that watching someone you love be in love with someone else
( ... )
I'm so glad to hear it. :) I actually figured this was the prompt least likely to get written (not sure why, but I did), so I was so excited to see it was the one you chose!
This was very good!! It was really different, and I loved the progression of both relationships - Sylar and Elle's, and then Claire wanting Elle. It also explains how Sylar and Noah ended up in Claire's house and where he got his name from, which I thought was fantastic.
For some reason this:
Sometimes Claire spied on them. She didn’t make it a habit or anything, but sometimes she hid under their bedroom window. Sometimes she just listened to their night-noises (the gentle inhale, exhale of Elle’s breath; the adorable sounds she made when she changed positions).
Sometimes she listened to Sylar and Elle fucking (because Claire is pretty sure Sylar is incapable of “making love”). Claire would lean against the side of the house, close her eyes and imagine what she would do to Elle--how she would make her feel.
seemed really...sweet? I don't know. I liked how you wrote Claire in this, is all I'm saying LOL. The end was interesting -- I love the openess of it.

I like how the quiet moments actually are the loudest. Like Elle at the cemetry, Elle at the hospital...I really admire how you made that work.
I like how the hostility switched from Sylar being Sylar to him being with Elle.
I loved Claire's uh, listening in.
And Sylar planning for Claire to be Elle's replacement. (You're hair is blonde again).
This is just perfect, I can't even believe. It caused me some heartbreak. xD
