So here's a present to let you know I still exist...
Wow, it's been awhile since i've put anything in here. I just
haven't felt like it lately because i'm starting to feel the same way
all the time.
Last night was the Hometown Throwdown... the bands were awesome but most of the people there weren't. It's really dumb when the football players show up and do nothing but push everyone around... especially after they all make fun of that kind of music. Stay home perhaps?
I also hate it when someone's your best friend for 5 years... then they get a boyfriend, a new friend, and totally forget you even exist. And when they see you in public, they won't take a single second out of their time to just say "Hi.."
However, it was a pretty good time. I came home soaked because it started pouring right before we left.
Guys... ehh I don't really know what to say. You confuse the hell out of me...
Yesterday I went driving and since my car is put away for the winter, I had to drive the minivan. I just kind of go where my dad tells me to go, and that didn't really work out. He ended up making me go onto a toll road. That means he spent about 5 minutes digging for money to pay.. and as we were approaching the toll booths he tells me to through the one that is "the farthest to the right.." Well, neither of us realized that it said "TRUCKS ONLY" until I had already gone through. Instead of turning around and going through another, he told me to put the change in the basket and go through. The red light didn't go off after 50 cents, so I put in another 50 cents in... and it stayed on, so he told me to just go. It started buzzing, took a picture of the license plate, and so I just drove away. Yeah, in a few days we'll be getting a notice in the mail for it, but it wasn't my fault. It was hilarious though. My dad thought so, too.
Speaking of driving, I should be getting a finished car this week. It's been getting worked on for over a year, and i'm just really excited to drive it. New snow tires, CD player for X-Mas... yay. Haha..
