work is boring
So I got a job as a lab consultant. It will be great when I actually have homework to do. Right now however, I find myself with no homework having already read a lot of web comics, read online news sources, and played several flash games, so I decided to update my livejournal. Besides being bored, I am fricken freezing, it's like -10 degrees in this lab. On the plus side I get to wear my cute trigun kitty zipper hoodie :)
So, what have I been up to you ask? Well yesterday me and Sean spent a crazy huge part of the day playing smash bros. trying to get the trophies we don't have. I still work at Best Buy and that's going okay, cashiering is boring, but some of the other cashiers are a lot fun. I still hope they move me to a different department though, I am reeeally sick of being a cashier.
What am I most excited for coming up? Well, glad you asked...I am going to visit Ellen in Stevens Point next weekend and I am soooooooooooooooo excited. I just got seasons 1 and 3 of Xena, so we will definatly be watching some of that. Video games and junk food will also be involved. I am also excited because Laura just informed me that we only have 34 weeks until we graduate. Exciting, but scary, considering I have no idea where I am going to go or what I am going to be doing after I graduate, and I'm probably not going to know as soon as I would like. I have to wait for Sean to apply to grad school and then wait for him to see where he gets in and then choose where he wants to go. So I am just a little freaked out by not having a plan yet, or at least some general direction. Oh, another thing I am really excited for is going to New Zealand in January with Sean and his family. We're going for about 2 weeks and it will be summer there, so it will be a nice break from the cold. Though it's not cold here right now, though I wish it were, it was like 90 yesterday, I'm really sick of hot weather right now. Okay, anyway...if you are still reading this...yay, leave me comments.
