So I ate to plan yesterday - 100%. No beer, no starbucks, no chocolate - kept my macro nutrients in balance and kept to my target calorie intake.
I intended to shock the system so my activity included:
30 minute run over lunch break followed by a short yoga stretch out.
2 walks in the sun because work was slow.

Body Beast - Build Back & Bi's
My goodness - shock the system mission complete.
I can feel my metabolism absolutely cranked up today and it's awesome. Smaller muscles hurt and I feel that tingle that happens once you've completely exhausted a large muscle group. This tingle is changing to MEGA muscle soreness as the day goes on - YES. Mission accomplished!!
I video recorded a few of the moves and was surprised at how my body looks when working out. Oddly - happy surprised! I recommend doing this even if you just keep it to yourself!
Day one out of thirty was a success - day two is on track. Excited to see just how far I can push myself in just 30 days :)
